  1. RPC search

RPC search

Mexico only. These endpoints query Mexico's Public Registry of Commerce (Registro Público de Comercio, RPC), where Mexican companies record their incorporation, shareholders and legal representatives. They do not cover Brazil, Chile or Colombia.
1.
If you know the company's RFC (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes, the 12-character Mexican company tax ID), call Look up company by RFC.
2.
If you only know its name, call Search companies by name, then Get company with ID with the id (mxc_…) of the right result.
3.
To download a registry filing, call Download RPC document with a documents[].id (mxd_…) from the company profile.
The first lookup of a company runs in the background: the request waits up to timeout seconds (default 120), and returns 200 OK when the profile is ready. If processing is still running when the wait ends, it returns 202 Accepted; repeat the same request later. If SAT (Servicio de Administración Tributaria, Mexico's tax authority), which Niva uses to resolve RFCs, is unavailable, you get 503 Service Unavailable with a Retry-After header.
